Free Late Registration of Birth

The Philippine Statistics Authority and the City Government of Tagum entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to provide 1,582 free late registration of birth for Tagumenyos, born anywhere in the Philippines,  who belong to the Indigenous People (IP), Muslim Filipinos and from the poorest sectors through PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Project (PBRAP).

To avail, you may visit the Office of the City Civil Registrar or the “Tagum City e-Rehistro” at www.ccrotagum.com.

This MOA will be valid only up to September 2023.
