The 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 honored our 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗿 as the 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗬 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘 (𝘚𝘶𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘌𝘹𝘵𝘳𝘢 𝘓𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦 𝘊𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘰𝘳𝘺) in the country and with a 𝗖𝗜𝗥𝗖𝗟𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗 for consistently being in the 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟭𝟬 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 (𝟱) 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀.
