LCRO Tagum Conducts Mobile Civil Registration at Barangay Mankilam
The Office of the City Civil Registrar actively provided civil registry services to Tagumenyos at Uraya Gym, Mankilam, Tagum City as part of the Kuyog Caravan 2026 last May 21, 2026 which offered the following services:
1. Late Registration of Birth
2. Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP)
3.Maling Dokumento Mo, I-Wasto Ko’ (MDMIK) Program.
4. Request for PSA Copy of Birth/Death/Marriage Certificate/CENOMAR
During the caravan, the Philippine Statistics Authority Davao del Norte Provincial Statistical Office also facilitated the applications for the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) Registration, printing of ePhilIDs, and replacement of damaged National ID.
