4 PDL Couples Sealed their Love with "I do"

The Office of City Civil Registrar, in collaboration with the Davao Provincial Rehabilitation Center headed by Juaren V. Matulac, Provincial Warden facilitated the "𝐊𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐚 𝐏𝐢𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐧" last March 31, 2026 at the Capitol Compound, Mankilam, Tagum City.
The union of four (4) PDL couples was solemnized by Hon. Judge Jimmy B. Boco, RTC Presiding Judge of Branch 2, Family Court. The ceremony was attended by the couples' witnesses, families, guests, DPRC personnel, and was assisted by CCRO personnel Jovelyn L. Duallo-Cabahug, Registration Officer III, and Assistant Registration Officer Rizza M. Almedora.
