The Office of the City Civil Registrar, headed by Ms. Editha G. McCartney, City Civil Registrar, welcomed Mr. Kenneth G. Medel, Registration Officer I and Mr. Lester M. Velasco, Administrative Assistant I, from the Local Civil Registry Office of Sto. Tomas, Batangas, for a benchmarking and cross-learning activity, during which the Office generously shared its digital innovations and strategies that simplified and systematized the civil registry services in Tagum City.
