CCRO Tagum Conducts Mobile Civil Registration at Barangay Madaum
The Office of the City Civil Registrar conducts Mobile Civil Registration for the Muslim Community, Indigenous Peoples (IPs), and the Indigent sector at the Madaum Barangay Social Hall from 8 AM to 3 PM to offer civil registry services, such as:
1. Free Registration of Birth (PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Project);
2. Correction of Clerical Error (for Erroneous Spelling, Birthdate, or Gender); and
3. Request for PSA Copies of Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificates.
Alongside, the PSA Davao del Norte facilitates on-site National ID Registration.
