PSA DavNor & LCRO Tagum Conducts Mobile Civil Registration Services for the Oplan KKK
The 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗿 conducts 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 for the 𝗢𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗞𝗞𝗞 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗻 held at the Barangay Bincungan Gymnasium to offer civil registry services, such as:
✅ Late Registration of Birth
✅ Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP)
✅ "Maling Dokumento Mo, I-Wasto Ko" (MDMIK) Program
✅ Request for PSA Copies of Birth, Death, Marriage Certificates, and CENOMAR
In the same activity, 𝗣𝗦𝗔 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲 is facilitating on-site registration for the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗗 (for ages 0 and above), as well as the 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗜𝗗𝘀.
