PSA DavNor & LCRO Tagum Conducts Mobile Civil Registration Services at the Tagum City Youth Festival 2026
The 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗿 is currently conducting 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 at the 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, held at the 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗺 𝗔𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘂𝗺, 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿, bringing essential civil registry services closer to the youth and community. Available services include:
✅ Late Registration of Birth
✅ Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP)
✅ "Maling Dokumento Mo, I-Wasto Ko" (MDMIK) Program
✅ Request for PSA Copies of Birth, Death, Marriage Certificates, and CENOMAR
In the same activity, 𝗣𝗦𝗔 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲 is facilitating on-site registration for the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗗 (for ages 0 and above), as well as the 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗜𝗗𝘀.
