Last September 26, the Philippine Statistics Authority through the Provincial Statistical Office – Davao del Norte conducted a visitorial and inspection functions on behalf of the National Statistician and Civil Registrar General (NSCRG).
These random checks and audits are integral to safeguarding the integrity and proper management of civil registry documents, promoting adherence to established laws and procedures, and identifying areas for operational improvement.
