In celebration of the 32nd Araw ng Barangay Apokon, the Office of the City Civil Registrar supported the “Kasalan sa Barangay” last September 19 at the barangay’s gymnasium. Hon. Arlene L. Palabrica from Regional Trial Court Branch 31 officiated the wedding ceremony.
