City Civil Registrar's Office Conducts Mobile Civil Registration at San Isidro and Canocotan through Project CO: Service Caravan

The Office of the City Civil Registrar conducted a Mobile Civil Registration at San Isidro Elementary School and Herculina L. Edig Elementary School last September 6, 2025 and September 7, 2025 respectively. The Philippine Statistics Authority of Davao del Norte was also on-site to accept applications of registration of National ID and issuance of ePhilIDs.

If you have problems involving unregistered and inaccurate civil registry documents (birth, marriage, and death certificates), worry no more because our Service Caravan will continue to provide accessible civil registry services to our beloved Tagumenyos.
