Tagum City Civil Registrar Hosts Conference for Medical Records In-Charge
To keep abreast of the recent guidelines of civil registration, the medical records in-charge of medical institutions and the City Health Office in Tagum City were invited by the Office of the City Civil Registrar for a conference held on November 21 at CCRO Conference Room.
This activity served as a venue wherein common issues and concerns in civil registration were thoroughly discussed to prevent their reoccurence.
