CCRO Tagum Conducts Conference for Hospitals, Funeral Parlors, City Health Office & City Economic Enterprises Office
Aiming to provide efficient and effective civil registry services to Tagumenyos, the Office of the City Civil Registrar conducted a Conference for Hospitals, City Health Office, City Economic Enterprises Office, Funeral Parlors and Cemetery Operators at AVR 4 Tagum City Hall, on August 12, 2025 to discuss the salient features of PSA Memorandum Circular No. 2025-11 re: Revised Guidelines for the Burial of Amputated Part/s of a Human Body with City Civil Registrar Editha G. McCartney as the Resource Speaker.
During the activity, Atty. Krismae C. Basong-Valdez, Legal Officer I, presented the Proposed Memorandum of Agreement between the City Government of Tagum and concerned hospitals for the use of Extended Tagum City Local Civil Registry System (eTCLCRS), a systems program that computerizes the preparation of birth and death records by the medical institutions.
This conference also served as an avenue to discuss common issues and problems among the participants in the processing of civil registry documents.
