All City and Municipal Civil Registrars and Staff of Region XI attended the 2025 LCR Forum
The City and Municipal Civil Registrars of Region XI convened at Herminigildo C. Baloyo, M.D Hall on May 29, 2025 for the 2025 LCRO Forum organized by Philippine Statistics Authority – Region XI headed by OIC-Regional Director Randolph Anthony B. Gales.
Aiming to improve accuracy, accessibility and efficiency of civil registration nationwide, the key officials from the Philippine Statistics Authority – Central Office, namely Atty. Harjade S. Dammang, Sir Ryan Anthony D. Amad, Mr. Randy A. Ami and Ms. Racquel C. Cabanatan presented updates on Civil Registration laws, rules and guidelines as well as the latest development on the implementation of the electronic Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (eCRVS) system – a digital platform designed to manage civil registration and vital statistics data.
Representatives from Regional Alternative for Child Care - Region XI were also present to give updates and discuss concerns related to Domestic Administrative Adoption.
On behalf of Honorable Mayor Rey T. Uy, City Administrator Edgar de Guzman, warmly welcomed all the guests and participants of the event.
