These were the insightful words shared by Mayor Rey T. Uy to the fifteen (15) couples as he solemnized their wedding on September 19, 2024 at the J.V. Ayala Hall, City Hall Complex.
This wedding ceremony dubbed as "Kasalan ni Mayor" is a regular monthly program of the City Civil Registrar's Office to institutionalize families as basic units of the society and to resolve the illegitimacy issues of children.
