Residents of Barangay Magugpo East avails Mobile Civil Registration Services
To address the issues and problems related to the unregistered birth of students, the City Civil Registrar’s Office (CCRO), conducted Mobile Civil Registration and “Maling Dokumento Mo, I-wasto Ko (MDMIK) Program” at Don Ricardo Briz Central Elementary School, Brgy. Magugpo East and offered civil registry services, such as:
Free Registration of Birth (PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Project);
Correction of Clerical Error (for Erroneous Spelling, Birthdate, or Gender);
Affidavit to Use the Surname of the Father (RA 9255);
Legitimation (RA 9255);
Application for Marriage License; and
Request for PSA Copies of Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificate.
Alongside CCRO, the PSA Davao del Norte also facilitates an on-site Registration for Philippine ID (for 5 years old and above) and printing of ePhilIDs.
