Barangay San Isidro residents avail of Mobile Civil Registration
The Office of the City Civil Registrar conducts Mobile Civil Registration and “Maling Dokumento Mo, I-wasto Ko (MDMIK) Program” during the celebration of the "Araw ng Barangay San Isidro" at San Isidro Barangay Hall and offered civil registry services, such as:
Free Registration of Birth (PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Project);
Application for Marriage License;
Correction of Clerical Error (for Erroneous Spelling, Birthdate, or Gender); and
Request for PSA Copies of Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificate.
Alongside, the PSA Davao del Norte facilitates on-site Registration for Philippine ID (for 5 years old and above) and printing of ePhilIDs.
