Medical Institutions, Stakeholders, and Partners join CCRO Tagum in a conference
To address the issues and problems related to the preparation and registration of birth and death that occurred in medical facilities, the 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐫 convened all Medical Records In-charge and Clerks of all private and public medical institutions in Tagum City for a conference last January 12, 2024 at the AVR 4, Tagum City Hall.
This initiative was conducted to capacitate the medical records in-charge and clerks as Partners in the effective and efficient implementation of civil registration laws and procedures, and keep them abreast of the civil registration updates.
In this conference, the CCRO collaborated with the 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐫 and invited Fiscal Noel Palma, who was represented by 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨 𝐂. 𝐉𝐮𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐈, 𝐑.𝐍., to thoroughly discuss the topic: “𝙎𝙞𝙢𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝘽𝙞𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙡𝙖𝙬𝙨 𝙖𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙤𝙨.”
The CCRO also invited other stakeholders and partners, such as the City Mayor’s Office, City Health Office, City Economic Enterprises Office, and City Social Welfare and Development Office, and funeral parlors, such as the St. Peter Funeral Services, Rubio Memorial Services, and Tagum Funicare, to discuss common issues and concerns pertaining to their involvement in the preparation and processing before the registration of Death Certificate and the issuance of its authenticated copy.
This conference also served as an avenue for the office to promote its basic services and to introduce to the records in-charge and clerks the office’s latest digital innovations, such as the “𝙀𝙭𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙏𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙢 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙮 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 (𝙚𝙏𝘾𝙇𝘾𝙍𝙎)”, a system conceptualized and developed by the Tagum CCRO exclusively for medical facilities in Tagum City, and the “𝙏𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙢 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙚𝙍𝙚𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙤: 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝘾𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙧 𝙊𝙣𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚”, which transforms the delivery of civil registry services to online that can be accessed 24/7 at www.ccrotagum.com.
