Barangay Bincungan residents avail CCRO Tagum and PSA DavNor civil registration services
The Office of the City Civil Registrar conducted Mobile Civil Registration and “Maling Dokumento Mo, I-wasto Ko (MDMIK) Program” at Bincungan Barangay Hall and offered civil registry services, such as:
1. Free Registration of Birth (PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Project);
2. Application for Marriage License;
3. Correction of Clerical Error (for Erroneous Spelling, Birthdate, or Gender); and
4.Request for PSA Copies of Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificate.
Alongside, the PSA Davao del Norte facilitates on-site Registration for Philippine ID (for 5 years old and above) and printing of ePhilIDs. T
