CCRO Tagum offers civil registration services to residents of Barangay Liboganon
The Office of the City Civil Registrar conducted Mobile Civil Registration and “Maling Dokumento Mo, I-wasto Ko (MDMIK) Program” at Liboganon Gym, Brgy. Liboganon last April 5, 2024 to offer civil registry services, such as:
1. Registration of Birth (PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Project);
2. Application for Marriage License;
3. Correction of Clerical Error (for Erroneous Spelling, Birthdate, or Gender); and
4. Request for PSA Copies of Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificate.
The Philippine Statistics Authority Davao del Norte Provincial Statistical Office also facilitated an on-site Registration for Philippine ID (for 5 years old and above) and printing of ePhilIDs. To avail the National ID, bring your Birth Certificate or any Government-issued ID.
