Ningbisita sa Barangay Mankilam ang gikahinamang Project Caring for Others: "SERVICE CARAVAN FOR TAGUMENYOS" sa Mankilam Elementary School kaniadtong Sabado, July 22, 2023.
Gipangunahan ni #ActionMan Mayor Rey T. Uy ang pagpaambit sa mga Tagumenyos og mga libreng serbisyo sa matang sa Social Welfare, Health, PEESO, Veterinary, Agriculture, Business Name Registration, PNP Services, Legal Services, ug Civil Registration.
Gihatod sa Civil Registrar's Office sa katawhan sa Barangay Mankilam ang mga nag-unang serbisyo sa opisina sama sa, libreng late registration sa Birth Certificate pinaagi sa programang PBRAP. Mihatag usab kita ug serbisyo alang sa Legitimation, Affidavit to Use the Surname of the Father, Petition for Correction of Clerical Error, Petition for Change of First Name, ug Application for Marriage License. . Nakig-alayon usab ang Philippine Statistics Authority para sa Philsys National ID Services.
